Player Homes - Locations - Fallout 3 Guide

Below is a list of locations I’ve found that you can store stuff safely in that never leave no matter how many in-game years you spend away from.

Main Game

My Megaton Home
Memorial Maintenance Room, Lincoln Memorial, The Mall: Interestingly, if you kill all of the Slavers that are there including the ones at the statue above (exterior) as well as those in this room (interior), you can permanently use this space as your Player Home without any of your stuff going missing. The bodies won’t disappear, so you can store items in them (creepily, I guess). Interesting bug or feature, don’t know. Will try this out a few more times just to be sure that stuff remains there.
