This service is a scam. EE, a well known mobile network service here in the UK, use On Topup. It’s a total scam. They allow you to top up your mobile phone with an email confirmation but ultimately no payment is received to your phone and your money is then subsequently stolen by them. This has happened a few times, so I can definitely confirm that it’s a scam.
