Glitches - Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy Guide

 Guide by Warren Woodhouse

These are glitches I’ve discovered while playing the game on my PS5 and PS4.

  • Game Crash when Drax falls due to the lightning strikes on Seknarf Nine. Reloading the last checkpoint from the Pause Menu BEFORE you advance past the lightning strikes resolves this issue
  • Using the “Migrate Save Games” feature on the Main Menu on the PS5 Version causes Collectibles to disappear when you play a recent Chapter that you’ve completed earlier. Going back to previous Chapters to collect those missing Collectibles will restore the Collectibles in your “Collectibles” section on the Character Menu during gameplay
  • Some dialogue will not appear during gameplay. The only solution I could find is by reloading the last checkpoint from the Pause Menu

Bottle Cap and Ammunition Farming Glitch - Fallout 3 Guide

Guide, Tip & Trick by Warren Woodhouse

If you reload your save file or re-enter the area called Archival Secure Wing East, all or most of the containers (upright cabinets, drawers, containers, etc.) will respawn Bottle Caps and Ammunition almost instantly, every single time. You can repeat this multiple times from saving your game and then reloading or by entering another area and re-entering Archival Secure Wing East.

I’ve tried this method that I’ve came up with multiple times and I just thought about sharing this trick with you guys!

Method

  1. Head to The National Archives in The Mall area
  2. Enter the building
  3. Clear the floor of all hostiles
  4. Head into the Rotunda and help or kill Sydney
  5. Use the elevator/lift
  6. Once you reach the area called Archival Secure Wing East, you can collect Bottle Caps and Ammunition from the containers throughout the level. You can repeat this multiple times from saving your game and then reloading or by entering another area and re-entering Archival Secure Wing East

Enjoy! :D

Useful glitch in New Vegas - Fallout: New Vegas Guide

Guide by Warren Woodhouse

location: Keith’s Office, Aerotech Suite 200, Aerotech Office Park, west of Camp McCarran and south east of NCR Sharecropper Farms.

item: Marked Cards

Inside the desk in Keith’s office, is a bunch of loose cards, as well as a deck of “marked cards”. You’ll have to be sneaky (crouched) in order to steal them. Once you have the deck of Marked Cards in your inventory, they can be found in the Misc section in your Pip-Boy. The great thing about the Marked Cards is that they are unaffected by gravity. You can literally drop them from your inventory and this will result in them floating in the air wherever your character is looking, based on the center reticle on your HUD. This is really useful as you can jump onto the deck of cards in the air and then onto a higher surface, picking up the cards and dropping them again to get higher up. They become a ladder of sorts if used correctly. I'm not sure of any other items in the game that can be used in this manner, but I’m sure there are more items to find out there. Have fun in the Mojave!

Glitches - Life is Strange: True Colors Guide

 Guide by Warren Woodhouse

Things I’ve noticed while playing the game.

Main Game

  • Chapter 1 and Chapter 2: Some cutscenes lag a little on the PS5 version with the game set as High Resolution
  • Across the entire game: Some scenes lag when in first person view
  • Chapter 2: NPCs spinning around in the same spot for no apparent reason whatsoever
  • Chapter 2: Audio dialogue cues sometimes repeat for no apparent reason whatsoever
  • Chapter 3: An unexpected game crash was caused during the LARP event after defeating the troll, head into the flower shop and then head into the animal emporium and the game crashed, I’m not sure why it crashed. This happened on the PS5 version. So far not very polished in terms of gameplay issues. Will let the developers know about these issues I’ve found

DLCs
Wavelengths DLC
  • Chapter 6: Unable to interact with the Elamon character scene as the dice is triggered by another action that I’m unable to perform. Couple of ways to solve this (I’m currently trying one now just to be sure): 1. Delete the DLC and its subsequent game data including the main game data stored in the Game Data section of the PS4 and PS5 (you don’t need to delete the save file. I’m not sure if this will work on the Xbox consoles as I don’t have those); 2. Enter Safe Mode and Rebuild Database; 3. Reinstall the Game Data and the DLC Game Data; 4. If the previous methods don’t work, you’ll need to restart the entire chapter from the beginning
  • Chapter 6: Some scenes lag when in first person view

Entering the Old Mormon Fort interior as a Glitch - PS3 Glitches - Fallout: New Vegas Guide

Guide by Warren Woodhouse

You can the interior of the Old Mormon Fort in Freeside as a glitch without using the main door by doing the following:

  1. Enter the Ruined Store in the same area, on the west side of the area opposite the Old Train Station
  2. Exit the store and sprint back to the Old Mormon Fort
  3. If done correctly, you’ll see the graphics have not fully rendered yet, so you can run through the building and into the courtyard
  4. Unfortunately because of the glitch, once the graphics are rendered in, you’ll be unable to exit. You can bring up the world map from your Pip-Boy and pick a destination. If you’ve found that you’re unable to do this, check out Step 5
  5. You might not be able to exit due to enemies in the area, if this happens load the Auto Save from the Load Screen

How to Solve the issue with Game Crashes in Fallout 3 & Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition on the PS3 - Issues - Fallout 3 Guide

 Solution by Warren Woodhouse

Sometimes, especially after 200 hours playing Fallout 3 or Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition, you’ll eventually run into a game save crash on the PS3. I did, however, find a solution to the issue, which I have outlined below:

  1. Make a copy of your most recent hard save or autosave game save file to a USB disk drive
  2. Delete the game and all the Fallout 3 or Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition game saves from the PS3
  3. Enter Safe Mode on the PS3 and select Restore Database
  4. Enter Safe Mode again and select Reset Network Settings
  5. Enter Safe Mode again and select Delete Cache
  6. Restart PS3
  7. Reinstall Fallout 3 or Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition
  8. Create a new save game file, complete the Prologue and Enter the Wasteland. Wait until you see a confirmation of a trophy/achievement pop up, if it’s already been unlocked, the pop up won’t occur. If you see a pop up saying that achievements won’t pop up, delete the save file and start from the beginning. Do not delete this save file until the issue happens again with the game crashing
  9. Close the game and copy your original save file to the console
  10. Restart the console
  11. Play the game as normal
There you go. Real easy. This method also works with Skyrim on the PS3, Fallout: New Vegas on the PS3 and Fallout 4 on the PS4 and PS5.

Minecraft: PlayStation 5 Edition in-game screenshot gallery is missing my entire screenshot gallery! (MCPE-225064) - Minecraft: Bedrock Edition - Mojira Bug Tracker (Bookmarks)

Original Archived Link

Platform

PlayStation
Operating System Version

PlayStation 5 v25.05-11.60.00.05-00.00.00.0.1

Affects versions
1.21.94 Hotfix
Description

Platform: PlayStation 5 Edition

What Platforms Is This Issue Affecting: All of them

I’ve been playing the game for a few days now and the screenshot gallery built into the game was working fine until I loaded it up right now to find all but two screenshots missing from the entire in-game screenshot gallery. As I’ve checked on the official Minecraft Feedback Forum (link to the issue on other platforms here), the mostly cause for this issue is due to the file compression format. Since the format isn’t supported on the console, this needs to be fixed. Might I suggest a way to fix this: allow the screenshots to be saved on the PS5’s media gallery rather than the in-game screenshot gallery, this would resolve the issue.

I can’t provide more details than the ones I’ve already outlined in the original post. For a week, the PS5 version of the game was working fine until the incident occurred. The built-in feature in the game (not a mod or pack, a feature that you guys have included as is), that feature that lets you take screenshots via the pause menu, is the culprit behind this issue. It still shows 2 screenshots in my screenshot gallery in the main menu and pause menu, as you can see in the original uploaded media, it was 12. After I loaded the game up after a week, it went from 12 to 2, I was like “Eh? Where did my screenshots go?!” - it doesn’t save the shots to the PS5 media gallery, so until you guys fix this issue, then it’s not resolved.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1.  On a new PS5 console, install the PS5 version of Minecraft from the PlayStation Store and use the original PlayStation 4 Edition disc to play the game

  1.  Import an existing Bedrock Edition world from your PS4 save files

  1.  Open the pause menu and select “Get a screenshot shot”, do this multiple times

  2. Create a new survival mode world using a seed id rather than a template

  3. Open the pause menu and select “Get a screenshot shot” to take photo mode shots, do this multiple times

  4. After a real life week, 1 week exactly, you might notice screenshots becoming missing from your gallery on your Minecraft profile

  5. Same issue occurs each time

Glitches - Tower of Fantasy Guide

Last Updated: 30th June 2025 at 9:17 am

  • Mi-a will say “Happy Prayerday” instead of “Happy Graceday” during the mission “Light the Night”.

  • Fmod Audio Engine causes audio files to not play at all including missing subtitles. Restarting the game solves this briefly however this technical issue still hasn’t been fixed.

  • Photo Mode feature only saves one photo per game session on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox X/S versions. Restarting the game solves this briefly however this technical issue still hasn’t been fixed.
