This is a photo of a homegrown Butternut Lettuce, which my mum and dad have been growing recently here on the family farm. I’ve tried it, it’s so lush and delicious. It’s got a rocket peppery taste, very gorgeous.

Me and my mum went strawberry picking today at Brockbushes Farm near Newton and near Hexham in Northumberland, UK.

We picked loads of strawberries and had a great time out. We had a good time. I’ve never been fruit picking before, so that’s something to tick off my bucket list.
