Things I’ve noticed while playing the game.

Main Game

Chapter 1 and Chapter 2: Some cutscenes lag a little on the PS5 version with the game set as High Resolution
Across the entire game: Some scenes lag when in first person view
Chapter 2: NPCs spinning around in the same spot for no apparent reason whatsoever
Chapter 2: Audio dialogue cues sometimes repeat for no apparent reason whatsoever
Chapter 3: An unexpected game crash was caused during the LARP event after defeating the troll, head into the flower shop and then head into the animal emporium and the game crashed, I’m not sure why it crashed. This happened on the PS5 version. So far not very polished in terms of gameplay issues. Will let the developers know about these issues I’ve found

Chapter 6: Unable to interact with the Elamon character scene as the dice is triggered by another action that I’m unable to perform. Couple of ways to solve this (I’m currently trying one now just to be sure): 1. Delete the DLC and its subsequent game data including the main game data stored in the Game Data section of the PS4 and PS5 (you don’t need to delete the save file. I’m not sure if this will work on the Xbox consoles as I don’t have those); 2. Enter Safe Mode and Rebuild Database; 3. Reinstall the Game Data and the DLC Game Data; 4. If the previous methods don’t work, you’ll need to restart the entire chapter from the beginning

How to Solve the issue with Game Crashes in Fallout 3 & Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition on the PS3 - Issues - Fallout 3 Guide

Solution by Warren Woodhouse

Sometimes, especially after 200 hours playing Fallout 3 or Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition, you’ll eventually run into a game save crash on the PS3. I did, however, find a solution to the issue, which I have outlined below:

Make a copy of your most recent hard save or autosave game save file to a USB disk drive
Delete the game and all the Fallout 3 or Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition game saves from the PS3
Enter Safe Mode on the PS3 and select Restore Database
Enter Safe Mode again and select Reset Network Settings
Enter Safe Mode again and select Delete Cache
Restart PS3
Reinstall Fallout 3 or Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition
Create a new save game file, complete the Prologue and Enter the Wasteland. Wait until you see a confirmation of a trophy/achievement pop up, if it’s already been unlocked, the pop up won’t occur. If you see a pop up saying that achievements won’t pop up, delete the save file and start from the beginning. Do not delete this save file until the issue happens again with the game crashing
Close the game and copy your original save file to the console
Restart the console
Play the game as normal

There you go. Real easy. This method also works with Skyrim on the PS3, Fallout: New Vegas on the PS3 and Fallout 4 on the PS4 and PS5.
