In order to unlock this trophy, you need to apply a total of 20 weapon modifications to your weapons across one playthrough.

Because weapon mods cannot be found as random loot (outside of the Lonesome Road DLC area), you must purchase them from vendors. The following list of vendors sell weapon modifications.
