How to easily reach Nellis AFB and the Boomers Territory - Fallout: New Vegas Guide

First off, stock up on loads of Hydra, Rebound and Super Stimpaks as you’ll need these for this trick.

Make a save before attempting to cross the dangerous area of the Boomers Territory.

Here’s how I’ve done it but I’m sure other players might do it differently. So, what you’ll need to do is use Rebounds (temp. perk: Regenerate AP), Hydras (repair limb damage) and Super Stimpaks, these regenerate your health in-game temporarily, use it to your advantage in these situations.

Set these items in your inventory as your Quick Draw items so you can press LEFT, RIGHT, UP or DOWN on the D-Pad, making it easier to reach your destination safely. On the PC, you could set the items to your preferred set up in-game.

Keep practicing this method of mine until you reach the gates. Good luck! ;)

You need to reach 10,000 points in the Health from Food Stat, which you can track in-game by going to Stats -> General -> then pressing the SQUARE button (R button on Xbox controllers).

When you have missing health and if you consume a food item, the game calculates how much it takes over time for the healing to reach 100%.

Waiting for your health bar to fill up has no effect on the total.

Food heals over time so you can eat a ton of it in your inventory without healing yourself to full and as long as you are not at full health, the Health from Food Stat will be able to increase.

Stockpile a ton of food by utilising the vendor at the Gourmand in The Ultra-Luxe Hotel & Casino as they restock every 24 hours in-game, go and drown yourself in a large body of water such as Lake Las Vegas or Lake Mead, then eat all the food at once to unlock the trophy.
