Suspects - Life is Strange: Double Exposure Guide

This is a note containing information on who I think is the suspect in the game of Life is Strange: Double Exposure. From what I understand and remember fully, I believe that everyone is be blamed as they all had motives which lead to them being described as a suspect. The only one who is not a suspect is Maya Okada.
