NORTH POINT
[ ] 1. The Blessing Hotel: Head through the northern door in the night market into the apartment section that you had the fighting tutorial in at the start of the game. Head upstairs, and the envelope will be sitting in an incense tray outside one of the apartments.
[ ] 2. Waterfront: Sitting on top an old TV behind a bunch of wooden crates in the area just to the right of where it says 'Denlau Alley' on the map screen. The location is literally next to the letter 'y' in the word 'Alley' on the map screen.
[ ] 3. North Point Highway Tunnel (Northbound Side): Sitting in a doorway down in the highway tunnel (northbound side) just east of the Night Market and west of the parking garage that's southwest of the waterfront.
[ ] 4. Waterfront Sewage Pipes: Sitting on top of a sewage pipe east of the parking garage that's southwest of the waterfront.
[ ] 5. Waterfront: Head northeast from the undercover cop office and you'll come to a large warehouse. One the southeast side of this warehouse you'll find a bunch of wooden packing crates and goods filled pallets. The envelope sits on top of a bunch of wooden packing crates that are arranged in an L-shape. Use the goods filled pallets sitting next to the L-shaped arranged crates to climb up to the envelope.
[ ] 6. Top Glamour Imports Ltd. Co.: Head into the Top Glamour Imports Ltd. yard (it's that large area to the northeast of the waterfront. As you enter the yard, you'll spot a ramp that's been cordoned off with some hazard fences ahead of you. Just past the ramp will be a warehouse. The envelope sits on top of a metal overhang on the warehouse's eastern wall. To get it, you have to scale the orange and blue packing crates next to the warehouse, and then run and jump towards the overhang to have a chance of collecting the envelope. You can't actually land on the overhang, so it may take you several attempts to actually get the envelope. Annoying, but doable.
[ ] 7. Lok Fu Park: Sitting at the foot of a tree in the middle of a small section of greenbelt land in the Lok Fu Park area. It's located directly below where it says 'Fu' on the map screen.
[ ] 8. Temple: Head into the Temple area, and instead of heading all the way up the steps in front of you, hang a left and take the beaten path. As you near the top you should spot the envelope sitting at the foot of a tree on the right.
[ ] 9. Night Market: Head into the alley behind the clothing merchant in the northeastern corner of the Night Market. Head up the flight of stairs on your left and climb up onto the scaffolding at the top. Follow the path round to the left to find the envelope.
[ ] 10. Club Bam Bam: Sitting in the doorway to the massage parlour northwest of the North Point Apartment.
ABERDEEN
[ ] 11. Fish Market: Sitting on an oil drum on the roof of a boat northeast of the small waterfront area on Aberdeen Island.
[ ] 12. Warehouse: Sitting on a table in the market area below the start of the mountain road leading up to Victoria Peak. The area is accessed via stairs on either side of the road.
[ ] 13. Aberdeen Sewage Outflow: Lying against a rock on the beach situated on the western edge of the oval shaped island that lies southwest from the Aberdeen Sewage Outflow.
KENNEDY TOWN
[ ] 14. Cemetery: Head to the Cemetery. Head up the first two flights of steps, and then hang a left. You'll spot a small pond with a waterfall. Climb onto the ledge the waterfall is cascading down from and you'll find the envelope sitting just in front of another waterfall.
[ ] 15. Wong’s Parking: Next to where the Dock Yard race is, east of Wong’s Parking
CENTRAL
[ ] 16. Boardwalk: On the barebones boat north of the Boardwalk.
[ ] 17. Sui Shan Alley: Inside the building at the end of the alley that ends behind the easternmost parking garage. Entrance to said alley is east of where it says 'Sui Shan Alley' on the map screen. You'll know it's the right alley as you'll have to climb over several gates as you progress down it.
[ ] 18. Business District: Inside the building that sits southwest of where it says 'Business District' on the map screen. The building is an upside down U shape on the map. Head inside from the southern entrance, and you'll spot the envelope sitting on an oval reception desk on the righthand side.
[ ] 19. Central Hospital: Head inside Central Hospital and pass through the waiting area into the patient rooms area. Head into the first door on the left after you pass the nurse's station which is on your right. The envelope will be sitting on your left just inside the room.
[ ] 20. Victoria Peak Parking: In a small car park on the mountain road between Aberdeen and Central. The parking lot is the little squarish area that's directly west of where it says Lok Fu Park on the map screen.
