Prankster’s Return Trophy - Fallout 4 Guide

You’ll need to have Level 2 of the Pickpocketing Perk and at least one Fragmentation Grenade in your inventory in order to unlock this trophy. You’ll need to successfully sneak behind an unsuspecting enemy and try to pickpocket them, by doing so it opens up a window of their inventory for which you can place a grenade, which reads back as Live Grenade. Dodge out of the blast radius and the trophy will pop.
