Location: Cottage Cellar, Protocol Workshop, Skethermoor

Solution

The Snow Painting: Head into the room on the right. Locate the painting depicting a snowy landscape, push it aside and press the hidden button behind it. This will trigger the next painting to move.
The Lion Painting: Go into the room opposite the main entrance (clear out the rats first). Find the painting of a Lion, which has now shifted to reveal a second button. Press this button to move the final painting.
The Witch Painting: Go to the painting of a Witch near the bed. Pressing the previous button will have moved it to reveal a hidden lever. Pull this lever.
The Wardrobe will now open.
