You’ll need to wait for the right opportunity for Gamora to be underneath a Nova Centurion and then use the Guardian Call to Action button (Triangle on the PS4/PS5) which will defeat the enemy and unlock the trophy. However, the Call to Action is random so if it doesn’t unlock the first time, reload the recent checkpoint autosave and try again. This also applies to similar trophies such as the Slakebuster trophy.
