In order to unlock the trophy, you’ll need to not chapter skip. Play from the chapter “My Imaginary Friend…” until the credits roll finishes entirely at the very end of the game.
Chapter: My Imaginary Friend…
During the snowball fight, choke the kid who attacks Jodie.
Chapter: Alone
Choke Philip as he leaves the room.
Chapter: The Experiment
Throw as many objects around as possible and suffocate Kathleen.
Chapter: The Party
Choose the option “Revenge” and set the house on fire using the oven or a candle. Merely hurting the teenagers enough to unlock the trophy “Revenge”, make sure that the house is completely engulfed in flames.
Chapter: Like Other Girls
In the exit area of the lab, use ‘Stars (TYPE BUTTON)’ then 'Speak (TYPE BUTTON)’ to pass the guard. Put Jodie in the trunk of the car and then drive out of the carpark. At the bar, dump Cole’s body in the woods. Enter the bar, then play pool with the creep. When the creep assaults Jodie, smash the entire bar up and then possess Earl. Use Earl’s shotgun to kill everyone at the bar.
Chapter: Separation
Threaten Ryan when he aggravates Jodie.
Chapter: The Embassy
Possess the guard on the second floor and jump over the railing, committing suicide.
Chapter: The Dinner
Cause mischief and ruin the date forcing Ryan to leave the apartment.
Chapter: Hunted
Kill the pursuers and destroy the town completely (destroying the town unlocks the trophy “Aiden’s Apocalypse”.).
Chapter: Homeless
Make sure that Walter, Jimmy, Tuesday and Zoey don’t make it out of the burning abandoned building.
Chapter: Navajo
When you return to the Ranch, ignore Paul (don’t heal him). To complete the ritual without Paul, first make sure that you draw the circle on the ground and select the man icon (X BUTTON) which creates the ritual circle from the vision. You can then use Aiden as your FIFTH soul during the ritual. Enter as Aiden and then select the talisman on the ground next to Jodie. After the incantation, you’ll need to push Yé'iitsoh back through the rift passage where the entity came from.
Chapter: Norah
Use Aiden to stop Norah’s heart.
Chapter: Black Sun
When Cole is attacked by the evil entities, have Jodie leave him behind and get on the lift/elevator. Another way to kill Cole is by failing the QTE button smashing sequence (X BUTTON) when running to the door. This scene is much better than just leaving Cole because you can feel a little less “guilty”. Find Nathan inside the Black Sun, then get him to shoot Jodie ('Blame (TRIANGLE BUTTON)’ and 'Cold (SQUARE BUTTON)’ will work). When Jodie is shot, do nothing as Aiden and Ryan will automatically come to the rescue and then Ryan is shot, sacrificing his own life. Nathan then shoots himself. After Nathan dies, fail the next section of QTEs before reaching the condenser and Jodie will die.
Chapter: Epilogue
Choose “BEYOND” then “Alone”.
