Koshiro

Oni-yuri

You may want to be appropriately leveled before starting Oni-yuri's questline as it takes place in the Wakasa region. Once you are ready, head to Sotomo Gate at the northwesternmost part of the map. Oni-yuri can be found north of Tsuruga Castle, near the Tsuruga Sea Port.

Talking to her will start the Sweet Lies quest. Complete that to start her next quest, Sweet Revenge. At the end of Sweet Revenge, you can ask Oni-yuri to join your team.

Katsuhime

Players meet Katsuhime during the quest to assassinate the Naginata, joining her father. While there are no dialogue options that will prevent Katsuhime from becoming your ally, players will need to make sure she stays alive during The Diary of Lady Rokkaku.

After reading her note outside Omizo Castle in this quest, you will have about 3 minutes to reach her and Isono Kazumasa, her would-be executioner. However, once you cross the moat, the timer shortens to give you only a couple of seconds before Isono Kazumasa pulls the trigger.

You can engage him in battle if you're not confident that you can quickly assassinate him. This gets his attention off of Katsuhime, keeping her alive.

Yagoro

Yagoro's recruitment quest is called A Blade in the Dark, which can be done in Engyoji in the Harima region. You start this quest by examining an assassinated body at Maniden Hall.

At the end of this quest, you can ask Yagoro to join your team. You do not need to make any specific choices in order to recruit him, so you can guarantee that he will become an ally as long as you ask him to join you.
